Reynaldo has been with Benchmark Senior Living for over seven years. In 2016 he successfully opened the assisted living and memory communities before being promoted to the Campus Executive Director in 2018. Reynaldo started his career in home-based community services before transitioning to The Commons in Lincoln in 2011. Since joining Benchmark, he earned his master’s degree in management from Lasell College, completed the Executive Director Leadership Institute by Argentum and later became a Certified Director of Assisted Living.

Mary has been with The Commons in Lincoln for over five years. She has a wealth of experience with prospective residents and their families, and is passionate about ensuring their journey in finding their new home is a positive one. Mary transitioned from a successful business career into senior living after helping her own aging parents through this process. She uses this experience as a senior living advocate to help prospective residents make the best choices for their unique situation. She holds an M.S. in gerontology and aging services from the University of Massachusetts Boston and has completed the Benchmark Emerging Leaders Program.
